Here is a nutritious, gluten free snack to curb your crunch cravings, enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Organic Kale, washed and dried well
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Seasoning of choice (sea salt, Herbamare, cayenne, garlic salt…)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 C
  2. Break kale off the stem into bite-sized pieces
  3. Massage kale with small amount of olive oil, place as single layer on cookie sheet
  4. Season with your choice of flavouring
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crisp
