These tiny energy bites don’t disappoint when it comes to flavour, and they are easily adjusted to incorporate the nuts/seeds of your choice. Keep the wet and dry ingredient amounts the same and the options are endless! Customize for your flavour/dietary needs. To make a nut-free version, substitute almond butter with sunflower seed or WOW butter for a school-friendly version.



1 cup oats

2/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut

½ c almond butter

¼ cup hemp seeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

¼ cup chocolate chips

½ cup honey

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla



  1. Combine all ingredients, mix really well.
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  3. Roll into snack sized bites.
