Ingredients
- Organic Kale, washed and dried well
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Seasoning of choice (sea salt, Herbamare, cayenne, garlic salt…)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 C
- Break kale off the stem into bite-sized pieces
- Massage kale with small amount of olive oil, place as single layer on cookie sheet
- Season with your choice of flavouring
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until crisp
