Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves the insertion of thin needles into the skin at specific points on the body. The insertion of needles is thought to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, including the release of pain-relieving chemicals and the reduction of inflammation. Acupuncture has been used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, digestive disorders, and anxiety.
